"Refund took way too long"
I ordered a small home decor piece from deargracehomeinteriors.com, then cancelled quickly once I realised it definitely wasn’t going to arrive in time. So far, normal stuff.

The refund, though, was where the fun began. I had to follow up more than once and mostly got short replies with no clear idea of when I’d actually get my money back. Always love the thrilling mystery of “will my refund arrive this week or next century?”

To be fair, the refund did come through in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But the whole process was slower and more annoying than it needed to be, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was absolutely sure I wouldn’t need to cancel.

"Still waiting on my delivery"
I waited a few days and the delivery still never showed up. Maybe it got lost or something, but if it was shipped then it should’ve been here by now, at least I think so. Frustrating because I kept checking and there was just nothing.

I reached out to customer service a few times thinking it would be an easy thing to sort out, but it turned into this drawn-out waiting game. Replies were really slow, and when I did hear back, it didn’t feel like anyone was that interested in helping. Something simple ended up feeling way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered curtains from deargracehomeinteriors.com because the pictures made them look like a nice warm beige, but once they arrived they looked completely different. In my room they came off more grey-green, which just wasn’t what I thought I was getting.
I know colors can look a little different depending on screens and lighting, but this felt like more than that. Maybe if the photos had shown the fabric in different lighting or... I don’t know, it was just disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Got the wrong stuff in my order"
I ordered a few things for my home, but one showed up in the wrong color and another item was missing completely. I tried to get it fixed, but the whole thing was just frustrating. Definitely not what I paid for, so I probably won’t order from them again

The delivery took forever. When I ordered, the terms made it seem like it would arrive much sooner, but then things changed and I was just left waiting. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll order again

"Assembly was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The item looks fine once it’s together, but the assembly was annoying. Some of the holes didn’t line up right, and the instructions felt like they were thrown together in a hurry. A few pieces also looked like they’d been handled carelessly before packing, which didn’t help. It ended up taking way longer than it should have.

My order finally showed up, but the box was beat up and the item had a cracked corner plus some scratches on the finish. It actually seemed like it would’ve been really nice otherwise, which made it more disappointing. I emailed photos over, but the replies were slow and I never got a clear solution. Frustrating after waiting weeks for it.

"Checkout ended up being way more frustrating than expected"
I was trying to order a few home decor pieces, but the checkout process really threw me off. It kept lagging, and at one point my cart changed, so I had to go back and re-enter things I thought were already done. Maybe it was just a site glitch that day, but from my side it felt messy and unreliable. I ended up giving up after a while, which is a shame because I actually liked the items I picked out...

"Return process was way too frustrating"
I tried to return an item it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The instructions weren’t clear at all, and when I reached out for help, I kept getting slow replies and what felt like the same “that’s our policy” excuse instead of an actual solution.

By the time someone finally gave me a proper answer, I felt like I’d just been sent in circles. It really put me off ordering again, because returning something shouldn’t be this annoying.

i was just trying to get a simple answer about my order, but i kept getting passed around and sent vague replies. it felt like they weren’t even reading what i was asking because the responses were basically the same every time. nobody seemed like they actually wanted to help, which was really frustrating and not what i expected.

I expected more. A lot more. The whole thing just felt kind of all over the place, and for what I paid, it didn’t feel worth it. I kept thinking maybe it would get better, but no. I wouldn’t order from here again. Should’ve looked at more reviews first

It looked way nicer in the pictures than it did in person. The quality felt cheap, and it started falling apart sooner than I expected. I also reached out hoping for a quicker response, but it took longer than I thought it would.

"The site was really frustrating to use"
I had a rough time using the site. I couldn’t find basic stuff, like product info, the menu, the search bar, or even where to go next half the time. Pages also took forever to load, whether I was clicking a category, opening a listing, going back a page, or trying to check out. It just felt slow and confusing overall.

I was trying to judge the product just from the pictures, but they didn’t convince me. Some shots make the items look okay, while others make them look kind of cheap. The details are hard to see, and the colors seem to change from one photo to the next. I don’t really want to have to do extra digging or message someone just to figure out what I’m actually getting, so I wouldn’t order based on these photos alone.

I ordered this decor piece thinking it would look a little more high-end based on the photos and description, but in person it was just kind of okay?? Delivery was totally fine, no issues there, but the quality didn’t really feel like it matched the price. Not terrible, just not what I expected...

"My order came in this flimsy little..."
My order came in this flimsy little box with barely any padding, so yeah, not a huge surprise it got banged up. The corners were crushed, and one of the items had scratches on it. Frustrating, honestly. It felt like they just tossed everything in there, shut the box, and figured it would somehow make it fine
